  • Buyers have leverage again (this didn’t exist in 2021–2022)

3. Inventory is increasing

  • More listings are coming to market
  • “Lock-in effect” is slowly easing (people finally selling) 
  • Inventory expected to grow ~9% year-over-year
  • More options + less competition + less pressure
